For our in-home, private training sessions, we blend techniques from professional organizations (CCPDT and APDT), famous professionals (Cesar Milan), and past experience to create fun, upbeat, and energetic training sessions to ensure that your dog is having fun while learning the system.

Our method throughout the obedience training sessions is to teach your dog a system of learning, not just tricks and behaviors. This way, they will know how to learn new behaviors, not just what the behavior is. It's similar to how the goal of a teacher for a child is to teach the child how to learn, not just what to learn. Same idea! Just for dogs, which makes it cuter.

Our dog obedience sessions give you the full picture, and not just a snapshot. Our private obedience course sessions focus on the individual behavior of your dog as well as the tendencies that have been documented throughout the breed's history. We break down tricks and behaviors into small steps with repetitive keywords and positive reinforcement throughout. Negative behaviors are met with separate keywords, refocusing and light boops on the nose, but never hitting or harm. The goal is to refocus, never to harm.

All of our Trainers follow the same skeleton of lessons, but they will customize to fit your dog's specific breed and personality. Our private obedience sessions have shown early and sustainable success in teaching a method for learning and not just leaving after the lesson is done.
